Refund policy

 

  1. The Customer has to contact Ziniosa either via email or phone within 1 (one) day of the delivery of the Product and any request for replacement/return beyond the period of 1(one) days shall not be accepted.
  2. Return of any product shall be subject to the terms of the website and the Product description on the Website. Returns are NOT applicable on discounted products or products purchased with a coupon code.
  3. Refund will not be provided in case the product has any damages due to misuse of Product by the customer.
  4. Refund will not be provided in case any Product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the Product delivered
  5. Refund will not be provided in case Products are returned with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.
  6. The Customer shall not tamper with the Product, authentication seals during any part of the return process.
  7. In case the buyer violates this return policy then the return request will be cancelled and the product will be shipped back to the customer(additional shipping charges may apply)
  8. If the terms are upheld and return is accepted after the product is returned and inspected, Ziniosa will transfer the amount back to the customer within 15 business days
